  • 6 medium sized Russet Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 cup Almond Breeze Original Almond Beverage
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise


  1. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 2 quarts of water in a pot, and bring it to a boil.
  2. In the meantime, wash, peel, and quarter 6 medium sized Russet Potatoes.
  3. Add the potatoes to the pot and boil for 18 minutes, uncovered. Then, drain the pot of water.
  4. Put the pot of potatoes back on the burner going on a low flame, and add 3 tablespoons of salted butter, a ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 cup of Almond Breeze Original Almond Beverage, and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the potatoes.
  5. Using a hand mixer, combine the potatoes on a medium high setting until fully whipped. Remove from heat, and enjoy.
