Ingredients
- 6 medium sized Russet Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 cup Almond Breeze Original Almond Beverage
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt to 2 quarts of water in a pot, and bring it to a boil.
- In the meantime, wash, peel, and quarter 6 medium sized Russet Potatoes.
- Add the potatoes to the pot and boil for 18 minutes, uncovered. Then, drain the pot of water.
- Put the pot of potatoes back on the burner going on a low flame, and add 3 tablespoons of salted butter, a ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 cup of Almond Breeze Original Almond Beverage, and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the potatoes.
- Using a hand mixer, combine the potatoes on a medium high setting until fully whipped. Remove from heat, and enjoy.
