Aliments riches en graisses bons pour la sant\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Par le pass\u00e9, on croyait que toute graisse \u00e9tait \u00ab&nbsp;mauvaise&nbsp;\u00bb pour la sant\u00e9. Mais la science de la nutrition s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e au fil de recherches plus pouss\u00e9es et pr\u00e9cises. Nous savons que les acides gras sont la principale forme de graisses alimentaires et sont essentiels pour votre sant\u00e9, parce qu\u2019ils maintiennent la croissance des cellules, prot\u00e8gent les organes et aident \u00e0 la production d\u2019hormones. Nous savons maintenant que toutes les graisses ne sont pas identiques. Par exemple, si vos besoins calorifiques sont de 2 000 calories par jour, alors environ 400 \u00e0 700 calories (44 \u00e0 77 g) provenant de graisses alimentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au lieu de r\u00e9duire tout apport en graisses alimentaires, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer plus de graisses monoinsatur\u00e9es et polyinsatur\u00e9es avec moins de graisses satur\u00e9es et d\u2019acides gras trans.
