Mais qu\u2019appelle-t-on prot\u00e9ines, exactement, et surtout, de quelle quantit\u00e9 avez-vous besoin et dans quels aliments en trouve-t-on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prot\u00e9ine est un macronutriment essentiel, compos\u00e9 d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s qui aide \u00e0 la croissance et au maintien des tissus du corps, y compris les muscles, les tendons, les vaisseaux sanguins, la peau, les cheveux et les ongles. En outre, les prot\u00e9ines aident \u00e0 la production d\u2019enzymes et d\u2019hormones pour le bon fonctionnement de votre organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00eatres humains sont incapables de produire certains acides amin\u00e9s. Ils doivent donc se les procurer en consommant certains aliments. Ces acides amin\u00e9s sont appel\u00e9s acides amin\u00e9s essentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les besoins en prot\u00e9ines sont diff\u00e9rents pour chacun. L\u2019apport journalier recommand\u00e9 est de 0,8 g par kg de masse corporelle. Par exemple, une femme de 120 lb (55 kg) aurait besoin d\u2019environ 44 g de prot\u00e9ines par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, dans quels aliments pouvez-vous trouver des prot\u00e9ines? Il existe deux sources d\u2019aliments&nbsp;: ceux d\u2019origine animale et ceux d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Les aliments d\u2019origine animale sont des prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes, car ils contiennent tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels en quantit\u00e9s ad\u00e9quates. La plupart des prot\u00e9ines d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale sont des prot\u00e9ines incompl\u00e8tes, car elles n\u2019ont pas ou n\u2019ont pas suffisamment d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Par cons\u00e9quent, si vous suivez un r\u00e9gime strictement v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ou v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, il est tr\u00e8s important de manger une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019aliments \u00e0 base de plantes qui vous apporteront suffisamment de prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augmenter sa consommation d\u2019aliments \u00e0 base de plantes est bon pour la sant\u00e9 et permet de minimiser certaines maladies cardiovasculaires, le diab\u00e8te de type 2 et l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.
